De Drie Notenboomen is also looking beyond national borders. We are developing our residential care concepts in countries where there is a demand for small-scale, personal care. In 2027, we will open the first Herbergier in Germany. In addition, we are actively searching for suitable locations and real estate there for several new projects.

We are also expanding our presence in Belgium. There are currently four Thomashuis locations established there, and we aim to increase this number in the coming years.

In this way, we are working step by step towards international growth, while preserving the core principles of our care concepts: living, compassionate care, and entrepreneurship – all on a small scale.
